Fair Credit Reporting Act class action for job applicants - SETTLED
C. Andrew Head was appointed Class Liaison Counsel for the class members in Knights v. Publix Super Markets, Inc., No. 3:14-cv-00720 (M.D. Tenn.), a class action alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act regarding background check procedures.
